When Lorraine first joined Slimming World, she was brand new and wasn’t sure whether it would really work for her. But with the encouragement of her lovely friend and fellow member Sam, she decided to give it a go… and WOW, look what she has achieved! 🙌✨

Already a very active lady, Lorraine got fully on board with Food Optimising, embraced the plan and stayed focused on her goal. And today she is an incredible 1st 6½lb lighter and has reached her personal target! 🎯👏

Lorraine, you should be SO proud of yourself! ❤️ You believed enough to give it a try, stayed determined and proved that the plan really can work for you.

It has been an absolute pleasure watching your journey, and I couldn’t be prouder of you! 🥰

🌟 A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR SESSION 2 WOMAN OF THE YEAR — SAMANTHA THOROGOOD! 🌟

Sometimes you just need someone to believe in you before you can believe in yourself… ❤️

When Sam first joined Slimming World in January, she honestly didn’t think it would work for her. But with high blood pressure and some gentle encouragement from her caring friend Anna, Sam decided to give it a go — and WOW, look what happened! 👏✨

From day one, Sam absolutely impressed us all with her positive attitude, her determination and the way she completely embraced Food Optimising. She trusted the plan, kept going and never stopped believing that she could do it.

And today… 4st 2lb lighter! 😲👏❤️

Even more amazingly, Sam has been able to come off her blood pressure medication — something that once seemed a million miles away when she walked through our doors.

But perhaps my favourite thing of all is that Sam now FULLY believes in Slimming World. The lady who once thought it wouldn't work for her is now the lady who shouts it from the rooftops! 📣🏆❤️

Sam, you are an absolute inspiration. Your journey shows what can happen when you take that first step, trust the process and keep going — even when you’re not sure where it will lead.

And Anna… what a wonderful friend for giving Sam that little bit of encouragement she needed. ❤️

What a woman! ❤️👏

Lisa has lost an incredible 2st 9lb and along the way she has shown exactly what Slimming World is all about — determination, resilience, friendship and having FUN! 🥰

Every week Lisa brings the laughs to group, supports and inspires those around her and, even when things have been tricky, she’s stuck with it and kept going. 💪✨

And Lisa has proved that getting more active doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the gym! From roller skating to Zumba and Clubbercise, she’s found activities she genuinely enjoys — proving that movement can be fun, social and something to look forward to! 🛼💃🎶

Lisa, you should be incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved. You are an absolute inspiration to so many people in our group and a very worthy Woman of the Year! 🏆❤️
