Before Infrared Yoga became popular, Lorraine was teaching hot yoga in a converted garage studio using Infrared Heaters.
More than a decade later, we’re still using them.
Why?
Because we’ve experienced first-hand the difference they can make.
Unlike traditional heating, infrared heat warms the body directly, helping to ease tension, improve mobility, increase circulation and create a deeper sense of relaxation throughout the practice.
Combined with movement and breath, it creates an environment that supports both physical recovery and nervous system regulation.
Some things aren’t trends. They simply work.
