It’s been so long since my last update here!
Here’s some pics I took the other day while re hanging fresh herbs from my herb garden over the fireplace in my apothecary room.
I thought it’s worth a wee hello too..

I’m Rosy a qualified herbalist with my practice and dispensary on cross wynd in Falkland and my business is named after my 2 favourite herbs rosemary and rose 🌹🌿

I work on Wednesdays and Fridays by appointment offering holistic herbalism consultations to support your health and well-being 💚
I also offer workshops and learning opportunities about herbs, and I run a monthly online herb circle group.
As well as growing potted herbal remedies for sale and keeping a herb garden in Falkland that supplies some of my dispensary.
On top of being a full time mother to a 2 year old 💚
It’s a busy life, but I love what I do!

I find that herbalism is most effective for accompanying people on their health journey in a supportive and preventative way.
I work a lot with helping to calm nerves and support digestion with herbs, diet and lifestyle adjustments, which seem to be at the root of many health challenges 🌻

I've still got some Potted Remedies available and hope to stock up again before end of season..

It’s been that time of summer when everything gets a bit out of control.. there was all the rain and then the wasps in the greenhouse, the busy clinic, then the hot days 😅 phew!

I’ve been keeping the plants alive, but not getting round to advertising or selling them, but I do still have some left and here’s a list ..

It's my next 'Meeting the Herb' session this Saturday 25th July and we will be meeting yarrow!

These sessions are in 3 parts; meeting, tasting and making to give you the opportunity to gain your own experience of the plant before learning more about it's traditional uses, as well as ID and remedy making.

It's a great way to build up a foundation of strong plant allies by getting to know them more deeply one by one.. calendula is in August,

June is elderflower month and I will be facilitating folks to connect with elder and tree and get to know it better through;

there are a few spaces available in my online herb circle group,

which includes the herb to take daily posted to you, a whatsapp group and support plus an online session to meet up and learn more. Get in touch for more info
