Woolly Mats and Calm Hearts
Seasonal Yoga and Movement Workshops For Children.

First date January 24, 2pm to 3.30pm
Then the last Saturday of April, September and November
Discover a magical series of season-themed yoga workshops with Bryoni from little Lotus Yoga – created especially for children.
Each session weaves together playful yoga poses, fun movement, games and gentle mindfulness to help children grow in confidence, awareness and calm.

With their very own soft woolly mat, children can settle into a cosy, grounding space where they feel safe, centred and connected.
Every workshop celebrates the beauty and energy of the season – from spring awakening to summer sunshine, Autumn cosiness and winter wonder.
What to expect:
