Cosmic Sound Journeys for October

As we begin to settle into the quieter months of the year, there is something beautiful about allowing ourselves to slow down even more..

My Cosmic Sound Journeys return in October, creating a gentle space to rest, breathe and really turn inward.

When:
Thursday 8th October
Thursday 15th October
Where: Neasham Reading Rooms ( near Darlington)
Time: 6.30-8pm
Investment: £20pp

All you need is your cosy nest to settle into, a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a cushion/pillow for your head and a snuggly blanket. Then you can simply let the space and the sound ease you into a beautiful, deep stillness.

Nothing to do, nowhere to be, just you, the sound, and a little time to simply be.

The other Cosmic Sound Sessions are now fully booked, and a few of you have messaged because you didn’t quite manage to get a space.

So I’ve opened one extra date before I head away in September.

While the world asks us to keep doing,
these evenings simply invite you to be.

There is a quiet place within each of us that is never lost, it’s just waiting to be remembered.

These Cosmic Sound Sessions are an invitation to step away from the busyness of life and enter a deeply held space of stillness, sound and presence.

As you are immersed in the sound, you can allow yourself to soften, breathe deeply and settle into your heart.

Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to fix.
Just an opportunity to rest in fully embodied presence and receive exactly what you need.

When: Wednesday 2nd September
Where: Neasham Reading Rooms
Time: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Investment: £20 per person

This is for anyone who missed out on the previous dates, didn’t get a space in time, or simply feels called to join me again before I go away until October.

Join me on Sunday 23rd August for an outdoor sound bath surrounded by trees, flowers, open sky and the quiet beauty of this very special place where we held Sacred Roots.

And if the weather shifts, we have the beautiful Oak Room nestled within the garden which is completely enclosed in glass, so you remain surrounded by nature whatever the weather.
