👋🏻 On Wednesday we welcomed a lovely new group of expectant parents onto Week 1 of their Antenatal Course!
Amongst the tea ☕️ biscuits 🍪 and lots of positive chat around the stages of labour 🤰🏼 we discussed Oxytocin ❤️

Understanding Oxytocin ❤️ and how this important hormone fuels your labour, is an absolute essential learning point 🧑‍🏫

This lead us beautifully into considering the birth environment, coping mechanisms and support options for birth 👶🏼
