Sometimes we know where we would like to get to, but find ourselves going round in circles trying to work out how to get there.

We might have goals, ideas, plans or intentions, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, distracted, or unsure where to begin.

Coaching offers a structured space to think clearly, identify what is getting in the way, and move forwards in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

My coaching approach combines reflection with practical support, helping clients develop clarity, create meaningful goals, and build strategies that work for them.

My work is neurodivergent-informed and neuroaffirming, while remaining open to anyone who feels this way of working would suit their needs.

Sessions are available online via Zoom or Teams for clients aged 16+.

If you'd like to find out more, a free 20-minute introductory call is available.

Sometimes what looks like “challenging behaviour” is actually a child struggling beneath the surface.

I’m so grateful this parent allowed me to share part of their experience after a support session around ADHD and navigating the Right to Choose pathway. ❤️

One of the most important things a parent can hear is:
“You’re not imagining it.”
“Your concerns are valid.”
“You don’t have to figure it out alone.”

Seeing families move from confusion and overwhelm to understanding and clarity is such meaningful work to be part of.

If you’re wondering whether your child may be neurodivergent, or you simply need a supportive space to talk things through with someone who understands, I offer parent consultations and support sessions online and in person.

Boundaries aren’t about shutting people out.

They’re about learning what you can let in
without losing yourself.

Sometimes we care so much about others
that we forget to include ourselves.

And over time, that can start to feel:

-resentment
-overwhelm
-exhaustion

Boundaries don’t fix everything overnight.

But they do change something important:
👉 they put you back in charge of your time, energy, and attention

Sometimes the boundary is with other people.
Sometimes it’s with work, your phone, or the pressure to keep everyone happy.

A question I often come back to is:

Who’s ruling who?

If something is quietly taking more than it’s giving,
it might need a gate - not a wall.

Save this for when you need reminding.

Burnout does not always look like falling apart.
Sometimes it looks like carrying on… just without yourself in it.

You might notice
feeling constantly tired, even after rest,
finding it harder to concentrate or make decisions,
feeling more irritable or emotionally sensitive than usual,
losing motivation for things you normally care about,
wanting to withdraw or having less capacity for people.

Burnout is not a failure.
It is often a sign that you have been coping for a long time without enough support, rest, or space.

A few gentle ways to begin to look after yourself;
pause and notice what your body is telling you,
lower the expectations you are holding yourself to, even slightly,
build in small moments of rest rather than waiting for a full break,
say no where you can, or soften a yes,
reach out to someone safe, even just to share how things feel.

You do not have to reach breaking point to deserve care.
And there is no expectation to get this perfect.

You are not alone in this.
