Run by Treetops Hospice, the hub provides a safe and welcoming place for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one.

You can have a cuppa, sit quietly or talk to trained volunteers and others who understand. There is no need for a referral or appointment - simply drop in.

📅 The first, second and third Monday of every month, excluding bank holidays

Robert Bush. Where do I start?

His heinous crimes and contempt for the people who trusted him, literally make me sick to my stomach.

I just can't comprehend how anyone could be so complacent and devious, or have complete disregard for both the living and the dead.

I've seen comments where people have said they think his sentence is too harsh.

No.

He deserves what he got and more.

The families involved are sentenced to incredible grief, hurt, anger and probably misplaced guilt for the rest of their lives.

Please, please be assured. He is most certainly 'not one of us.'

Everyone I know who works within the funeral industry do so because they genuinely care.

Believe me, it's not for the pay!

My heart goes out to everyone affected by the actions of this vile excuse for a human being.

Today, 3rd July, is National Bereaved Parents day.

It's one day to recognise not only the agonising heartbreak of child loss, but the strength of those who endure it.

Sadly for those who have lost their child, that heartbreak is felt every day.

If you are one of those bereaved parents, I send you my love and understanding.

Your child mattered. You matter.

Say their name.
