Everyone welcome to the annual RATH MOR Revival free family summer fun day, which this year will be held on the Saturday 22nd of August 2026 (from 12noon-4pm) at the Ráth Mór Centre on Bligh's Lane (Derry). There will be plenty of indoor and outdoor activities (and prizes/giveaways) – so regardless of the weather please come along and enjoy the free family fun!

NEW – FREE-to-attend information session with Heather Borderie, Menopause Cafe Perth.
Have you been thinking about starting a Menopause Cafe in your community? Or perhaps you’d like to bring Menopause Cafe to your workplace?
Then this session is for you!

Join Heather Borderie from Menopause Cafe Perth for an informative and practical session covering what you need to know to get started, including how to create a welcoming space for open, honest conversations about menopause.

With World Menopause Month taking place in October, this is the perfect time to find out more and start planning your first Menopause Cafe.

There’s also an increasing focus on menopause support in the workplace. Under the UK Employment Rights Act 2025, large employers are expected to publish Menopause Action Plans alongside their gender pay gap reporting, with the requirement expected to become mandatory in 2027.

Whether you want to support people in your local community, help colleagues in your workplace, or simply create a space where people can talk openly about menopause, this session will give you the information and inspiration to take the next step.
