Health for Life – Supporting Community Wellbeing is seeking a passionate and motivated Dementia Training & Education Officer to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to support people living with dementia, their families, carers, and communities through training, education, and community engagement.

✅ 25–35 hours per week
✅ NJC Scale 5, Point 25–26
✅ Initial 1-year contract with potential funding to extend up to 5 years

You'll play a key role in delivering dementia awareness training, supporting community groups and organisations, and helping to create more dementia-friendly communities.

The Dormant Assets funding programme is now open!

The scheme can support community, voluntary and social enterprise organisations to strengthen how they work, offering grants between £300 to £20,000.

The funding is intended to strengthen long-term capacity by supporting areas i.e digital skills, financial planning, and leadership development, enabling local groups to sustain and expand their work.
