Only inspiration truly moves us 🥰 — it is the only real motivation. Everything else simply forces us.

Real inner movement and pleasure arise when you switch on the Creator within yourself.

I am constantly observing people 👁️.
Not judging them, but truly observing them. The same way you can look closely at trees, clouds, or flowers.

I am drawn to manners, movements, hands, eyes, noses, facial expressions, posture. And this is not just contemplation. You look at a person and read the story of how exactly these forms came into being in them. As if, through the outer lines, you can glimpse what is inside.

What material is this made from? What masterpiece has not yet been created from it?
What has already taken shape, been drawn out, begun to sound?

I am deeply interested in this creative transformation. Not only the current states — “what is” — but the potential: “what this can become.”

Do you really want to destroy the material?!

And I am just as unsatisfied with the option of “accepting yourself and leaving yourself as you are.”

Imagine this. A sculptor considers a piece of marble too rough and throws it away. A painter finds the paint in the tube too dark — and gets rid of it. A composer decides that some sounds are too sharp and removes those notes forever.

For art, this sounds absurd 😂

We do not choose the materials within ourselves that we are given. But we can make our own masterpieces out of them.

And when a person becomes inspired and creates their own inner states, when they themselves become the artist within — they are delighted by their own creation, interested, fascinated by themselves, as if by a painting by a master. Attention shifts toward creation!

At the same time, that pleasure and inner joy in oneself appear — the kind that arises when you have created something. Within Yourself!

Yes, yes: that is how you might end up loving yourself before long 😉❤️

There is a reason people love posting their cakes and handmade little creations — these are their creative expressions 😉.

And the greatest excitement is to direct that inspiration toward yourself ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

The masterpiece will simply shine through you 🌟

I adore you all! 🫶✨

People often see me as "the strong one." 😄

I get messages and phone calls that go something like: “Can I borrow a bit of your strength? I need some support.”

And I always think: how on earth would that even work? I can’t take something from one place and hand it over somewhere else.

For me, the moment you stop trying to hold on to things, accumulate them, or get more from somewhere outside yourself, something shifts. The resources of the whole world become available to you. After all, you can’t take something from yourself in order to have more of it. 😄

One image I love is the idea that “everything is God.” Everything is part of the same whole. God within and God without, present in every particle and every event. God cannot take more God from God. There is nothing to acquire from outside because, in some sense, it is already within you.

People often ask me about “energy.” ❤️‍🔥

For some reason, I seem to be associated with that word. 😉💃💃💃 And honestly, that’s where I always hesitate.

I don’t particularly like the term.

To me, it feels far too overloaded. We try to squeeze into it physics, emotions, strength, inspiration, processes, coincidences, relationships—everything at once. Sometimes we talk about “energy” because we want to feel connected to something larger than our everyday lives.

At times, “energy” is simply a label we attach to experiences for which we don’t yet have better language. After all, our senses are limited. Our vocabulary is limited. Even our ways of verifying reality are limited.

So we reach for the word when we encounter something we cannot fully explain—some unknown layer of reality briefly making itself felt. A trace of a dimension we do not yet understand. Almost like a tiny injection of information: suddenly you know something, your state changes, understanding flashes into existence, even though there was no obvious way for you to arrive there.

People also use the word “energy” to describe the active quality of a person's presence in the world.

Something inner becomes a real factor in the outer world. It is no longer merely a private experience.

We do not simply exist side by side—we affect one another.

For example, my houseplants rarely survive, yet people and animals around me often seem to come alive. They find strength. They feel more themselves.

I don't experience the world as a collection of separate, isolated objects.

Everything participates in everything else.

Atoms, air, chance encounters, intentions, and God are all part of one reality woven from information, forces, memory, intention, matter, and presence.

So perhaps the question is not whether we should search for “energy.”

Perhaps the question is whether we notice this invisible yet deeply tangible interconnectedness of everything with everything.

How do you experience the world?

And what words would you use instead of that famous word beginning with E? ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
