From investing in mental health and prevention, to celebrating inspiring colleagues and volunteers, there's been lots happening across health and care in Norfolk and Suffolk over the past month.

In his latest blog, our Chief Executive, Ed Garratt OBE, reflects on some of the progress being made to improve services for local people and shares stories that show what can be achieved when organisations and communities work together.

A huge thank you to everyone across our NHS and partner organisations who continues to make a difference every day. 💙

Spending more time outdoors this summer? It's important to know how to protect yourself from ticks and recognise the signs of Lyme disease.

A new UK Health Security Agency blog explains what Lyme disease is, the symptoms to look out for, how it's diagnosed, and the treatments available. Lyme disease is a bacterial infection that can be passed to humans through the bite of an infected tick, but early recognition and treatment can help prevent complications.
