Do you struggle with sleep, concentration, irritability and just feel like you need to press a reset button? That’s why I trained in sound therapy in 2020, because if your mind works faster than your body you need to train it to stay focused. After being hacked for 18 months and still building amongst it, sound therapy has been a god send and enough that I want to show others how to use it too.

It’s not woo woo either, sympathetic resonance is a process that happens that forces the human body to match the frequencies that the bowls emit. Hence why you can feel emotional afterwards but it forces dense emotion to move out. So you feel lighter, calmer and help your nervous system to relax.

I’ve recently brought Temple Spa into my sound bath experiences because why not nourish your skin with luxury skincare and come out glowing?

The SEIONA experience can be booked 1:1 or up to 8. Follow my page for event updates and booking forms.

A little fact about what inspired . I’ve always had a little secret obsession with ancient civilisations and their architecture. I’ve always had a feeling of coming home when I’ve visited Rome, Luxor and Hong Kong. Back in 2007, while most people my age bopped in Ibiza, I booked a Nile cruise with a hot air balloon ride 🤣 because I finally got to see all the ancient monuments I’d grown up watching on the discovery channel, from Isis’s temple, Valley of the kings, Karnak and Aswan. It’s still one of the most interesting and fascinating holidays I’ve been on and I’d love to go back. So it’s not a surprise 6 years ago I’d stumbled across sound healing after realising I needed to pour into myself through the grief of loosing my mum and two grandads within the space of 2 years and balancing underactive thyroid whilst being mum amongst chaos. For those very health reasons I drew a line in the sand with anything toxic that was affecting my families peace and happiness and therefore my thyroid, because health is more important. ❤️

Sound therapy, as I later realised was a very big part of health and wellbeing practices in ancient Egypt, Mediterranean and China. I’ve readopted this within my own routine. Sound and frequency isn’t woo woo either, sympathetic resonance has a direct effect on the matter surrounding it, including the human body.

If you’d like to learn more about the benefits of sound therapy and the science behind it. Why not drop me a DM for a coaching call and let’s write you a plan to incorporate the healing benefits of sound in your wellness plan.
