🌿 A Little Me Time 🌿

After a busy week, including three different events with our SANSCENCE stall and another busy week in my treatment room, I think it’s finally time for a little ME time. 💜

A few scenic walks, some fresh sea air and, if I’m lucky, maybe fish and chips on a nearby beach! 🐟🍟🌊

Sometimes we get so caught up looking after everyone else, working, running around and keeping everything going that we forget to pause and look after ourselves.

So whatever your version of me time looks like — a walk, a quiet coffee, a soak in the bath, reading a book, sitting somewhere peaceful or simply doing absolutely nothing for a while — make time for it. 💜

You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t need a reason.
Sometimes you just need to slow down, breathe and recharge. ✨
