Nurture Baby and Me C.I.C is a not for profit organisation. Our volunteers have lived experience of mental health or isolation.

We offer Safe and inclusive spaces to meet, connect and build supportive networks with other families in the community. Supporting expectant and new parents in their parenting journey. I am fully qualified and insured, and offer:

💛 Baby Communication Week 2026

This years theme is👶Seeing the Baby

This week, we’re focusing on something simple but powerful - truly seeing your baby.

Babies are communicating with us from the very beginning. Through their sounds, movements, and expressions, they are already telling us how they feel and what they need.

"Seeing the baby” means slowing down, noticing their cues, and being present in those everyday moments - whether it’s a smile during play, a cry for comfort, or a quiet look that invites connection.

💬 This week, why not try:
👶Getting down to your baby’s level and making eye contact
👶Following their lead in play
👶Pausing and noticing what they’re trying to tell you

Every small interaction helps your baby feel understood.

A cosy, friendly session for you and your baby to enjoy connection, play, and gentle support.
Perfect for meeting other parents and finding your weekly rhythm.
♥️ Monthly baby weigh in (last Wednesday of month)
🤱 Infant feeding support available

At Parent Space today we have Berwickshire Swap👕👗 joining us.

They’ll be bringing along lots of clothes, and there’s no need to bring anything to swap—just come along and have a browse.
