It’s 8/8. What are you calling in? ✨

Eight is associated with abundance, personal power and turning intention into something real — which makes today a lovely day to get clear about what you actually want.

Not a huge manifestation list.

Just ask yourself:

What am I ready for now?
What am I still waiting for permission to do?
What’s one move I could make towards it?

Write down 8 things you’d love to call into your life.

Then circle the one that gives you that little spark in your soul .

That’s the one I’d pay attention to.

Happy 8/8 ✨

As a facilitator, our connection is just part of your journey. I don’t believe that my way is the only way, it’s not Jane’s way it’s more about you finding your area of genius and developing the aspects that call to you.

I give my all in every group, my area of genius is seeing your ability before you see it yourself, I’ll help you nurture and find confidence in the aspects that resonate. It’s development not mirroring me, your individual gifts are there to be discovered and in my groups that’s the priority.

With decades of intuitive, psychic and spiritual experience I love making the classes fun and engaging, but it’s the community connection that makes the energy a next level environment. Safe, fun and personally fulfilling

Applications are now open for our new Thursday Intuitive Room Development Circle & Community, let me know if you are intrigued.

It’s easy to explain away symbolism, like this scorpion I spoke of here in this video from May 2026. It would be easy to make overly meaningful too, however, there’s a certain feeling that comes with spiritual signs like

✨a collective ‘stop in your tracks’ when there’s multiple people all feeling the same.
✨A knowing within that can’t be ignored
✨ A response within the body
✨ Or a meaning when you research

In this case ‘The Scorpion’ could have been explained being in nature, we just had a visit from the property owners dog who may have had it caught on her coat. But why then at that moment, why had the dog not been stung, why had the owner never seen a yellow one in all her 12 years of living there.

We chose to take the symbolism, it was meaningful like a confirmation that we were all where we were meant to be, doing what we were supposed to be doing. But also a warning of the shadow aspects.

The purpose of us being there in Spain? I was teaching Reiki Masters. The masters is not about doing, it’s about being. There’s an opportunity to lean into the energy and teachings of this level for powerful personal growth. Change is typically required, leaving old habits and ways, transforming to a new centred and evolved way. It’s the start of something new, but it’s up to the receiver to embrace the change. Staying in the old ways, can be the barrier to truly aligning with a more connected existence.

In relation to the meanings, research is good, however, your intuition is the leader, not to be in toxic positivity and be swayed by all the idealistic view. When you explore both light and shadows, you find the learning. Say to yourself, what are you showing me? Some days you just need a boost, like a feather reminding you of a past loved one, something to light your way.

Others can be deeper, like the scorpion..🦂. There’s no denying they are known for their nip and toxicity however there’s always a different lens. Does it feel like a warning or does it feel like a lesson. In our case it felt like an opportunity for a necessary transformation.

What synchronicities have you experienced recently?

An invitation to you if you are a little spooky, get signs, can sense something before it happens etc. and you’d love to know what to do with this. Or maybe you’re at the beginning and are intrigued to learn more. I’m a natural intuitive, I’ve run in-person classes for around a decade, it’s time (past time) to offer this online.

Message ‘spooky’ for more information.

Something happens in midlife.

You start questioning things you accepted for years. The roles you’ve played. The stories you’ve told yourself. The way you’ve always done life.

For me, that’s never felt like something to fear.

It feels like an invitation.

An invitation to think differently, explore more deeply and become curious about what’s possible beyond what we’ve always been told.

Maybe that’s what midlife is really asking of us.

Not to have all the answers…

But to be brave enough to ask better questions.

What’s one question life keeps bringing back to you?

The purpose of this post is not to make you doubt your happiness, quite the opposite it’s to help you reclaim your joyful self. If you have been a little out of alignment recently, hopefully this gives you some insight:

There’s some subtle energetic signs which when you notice, can help you truly understand your own feelings. So often we’re are busy, we feel tired and drained yet on reflection of the day there may not be anything overly obvious. It’s the small things that can lead to big revelations.

✨ When you are with people, whether you love & care for them, if they are business or work, or circles & groups or some other capacity notice how you feel before you go, when you walk in the room and when you leave. Notice if you feel uplifted, low or out of sorts. These could be indicators of how you truly feel at a subconscious level.

✨ At the end of the day, do you feel satisfied, aligned and contented. If not reflect on the moments in the day where you felt lighter or heavier.

✨ Do I smile with ease, does my heart feel full of joy without it relying on other people? When all our happiness comes from external influences, it may mean that your internal joy maybe out of balance.

✨ You’re so busy, you’ve not checked in with yourself.. is this satisfying busy, have you not really thought about it or a distraction? Maybe pause to ponder.

A number of years ago Mary & I had a chat, we’d been working together on other projects and she asked if I’d ever thought about creating divination cards. Yes I said and we connected on the concept, conversations and art work was agreed.

I started the wording in early 2024 but it just wasn’t the right time, I’m feeling absolutely in the zone for it right now and having received the final art pieces from Mary, it makes sense to bring this to completion. There’s a lot to do, today I start the wording all over again having changed the subject.

This afternoon sitting in the sun with card number one ‘Divine Feminine’ feels appropriate. What would you say about the Divine Feminine, what energy does she portray, what gifts does she have.. I’d love your intuitive insight, Jane xo

Have you ever noticed that once you can’t unsee something, you really can’t unsee it?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.

One of the things I keep hearing from women in midlife is, “I’m so much more irritated than I used to be.” We often put it down to hormones, and I’m sure they play their part, but I wonder if there’s something else going on too.

I wonder if, as our hormones begin to change, they also lift a veil.

Suddenly you notice the emotional manipulation that you used to make excuses for. You see the constant need for external validation, the conversations that never go anywhere, the people who expect everyone else to think for them, and the situations that quietly drain your energy.

Once you’ve seen it, it’s difficult to go back to not seeing it.

I’ve realised that what irritates me now isn’t necessarily the person. It’s the pattern. And I find that fascinating because it always makes me ask another question.

What is this showing me?

Is it asking me to strengthen a boundary? Speak up? Step away? Or simply stop giving my energy to something that no longer deserves it?

Maybe that’s one of the unexpected gifts of midlife. We stop seeing life through the eyes of who we used to be and start seeing it through the eyes of who we’re becoming.

I’m curious… what’s something you’ve found yourself unable to unsee these days?

Midlife is definitely more than menopause, something greater unlocks, a knowledge to behold and wisdom earned. It’s been there the whole time, you’ll have seen glimmers in earlier years but as the day to day demands took over, the curiosity to explore the magic may have settled into the background. They were never gone, just paused and waiting for you to gather another decade or two or three of life.

The midlife awakening is a portal, a movement of women ready to explore life. While her male counterparts are talking retirement and watching tv, she is emerging. Yes she may desire the quieter life, to enjoy the simple things away from drama. But she also desires a richer more meaningful existence, not lived through a brightly coloured box, instead a brightly coloured life full of curiosity.

Join us as we step into this incredible phase, yes the hormones can be wild but in duality we also have life experience of great proportions. When we step out the drama of what is expected of the older woman and into the identity of the Wise Woman, magical energies emerge. It’s alchemy in motion.

I’ve noticed something in myself over the last few years, and I’m curious whether you’ve felt it too.

Midlife feels like so much more than menopause.

Yes, our hormones change, but I also wonder if they lift a veil.

Not a veil that makes us angry or intolerant, but one that makes us curious.

Curious about life.

Curious about ourselves.

Curious about the things we never seemed to have time to wonder about before.

I’ve found myself wanting different conversations. The kind that wander into history, spirituality, intuition, human behaviour, nature, the universe, why certain things happen, what really shapes us and what this next chapter of life is inviting us to become.

It’s not that I’ve stopped enjoying a chat.

I just find myself craving conversations with a bit more depth. The sort where you leave thinking, “I’d never looked at it that way before.”

Maybe that’s part of a Midlife Awakening.

Not having all the answers, but giving yourself permission to ask different questions.

I’m curious…

What kind of conversations are you craving these days?

Message me or pop it in the comments. I’d love to know what sparks your curiosity and we can bring it into this space,
Jane xo 💋
