Full moon 🌝 release 🙏
I chose to do mine on Sunday night as Monday's weather prediction wasn't too dry 🙈
Full moon release is an opportunity for us to put pen to paper, list all emotions, negative situations we wish to let go off, By letting go we are allowing room for more positivity and more love ❤️
I really enjoyed this full moons energy 🙏

Happy 1st of August 🌞
Sun is shining 🌟
If your lucky enough to be off, head out and enjoy it , that thing you think needs done now ?
It can wait , it will still be there this eve or tomorrow, the sun may not 🤷
If you're working, open a window and let the outside in, still nice to look at.
Plan a BBQ for this evening or a nice walk ❤️
Have an AMAZING day and set the tone for the rest of the month 😉

Sea 2 sky race done ✅🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

A wee challenger but fun! Atmosphere is amazing !! And the views well I think they talk for themselves ⛰️

Came home with some bling and new clothes from salt rock Newcastle 👙

🆗 soo it's raining/lashing/pishing
We got two choices....
1) wollow and feel miserable
2) learn to dance in the rain
Doesn't mean we can't get a wee spray tan to lift the spirits or do a wee DIY job
There's nothing our Shannon can't do 👌💪♥️
It's all in how WE choose to look at it 😁 xx

My very 1st DIY seaweed Bath 🛁 in the comfort of my own home ❤️
Thumbs up 👍 from me.
A little hesitant at the start 😜 thinking 🤔 will I turn into a fish 🐠 just for the drama effect 🤣🤣
I will defo be collecting more on my next beach walk, my skin is so soft (I body brushed before hand then allowed nature to do the rest) 💓

Research done ✅ what a lovely day 🥰 so grounding ✌🏻

We went to the mystic tent and got readings done ….. WOW follow this women Suttons Kraft she was so so good !!!

Got some goodies for our first retreat ❤️

To end off the day Shannon got in for a wee dip 🤿 Kelly splashed her feet (chicken) 🐥🐥
