Time is not a given.

If anything my 44 has taught me is that life can be taken from you instantly at any moment.

Whatever you are facing right now will either be the making of you in 10 years time or you won't even remember what it was in the first place.

Don't live with - what ifs
Don't live without doing the thing.

Our human life is supposed to be experiential not passive

Never let others determine your happiness and choices. They don't have to live your life.

Time is too short to settle

Who chats things through with friends?

I do too, but I know they've got my back and they'll perhaps not tell me the harsh truth (although sometimes they do and that's welcome too!)

So I usually pull the oracle cards out- not today - today called for tarot and more specifics around the thoughts and feelings in my body about things happening right now personally.

I often head to the pendulum for a quick yes or no answer too.

I find that trusting the higher power that is within us and is connected directly to source is the best way to hear through the noise and as I type this I'm also aware I've had a premonition about exactly what I'm doing right now.

REIKI isn't woo woo
It isn't a religion
It isn't a placebo

Reiki is a way of BEing

The more embodiment of Reiki within your life the greater your own healing, your own knowledge and as a Master Teacher the greater the ability to pass this on to people looking to find greater depth and meaning to their lives.

Most people don't learn reiki because they want to become a practitioner and certainly don't set off their journey wanting to be a Master.

Most people don't come for reiki for a deep emotional release

Most people just want to feel better
Most people want to learn how to relax

I practice intuitively to bring about a greater level of healing using all my skills of working in therapeutic care for many years.

I have a reiki 1 course with a small number of places left in September - website for booking (payment plan available)

I have limited 1:1 slots for reiki therapy so always constant me personally to arrange your session well in advance!

Every gong bath is different for each person, every time making this the most magical and deeply personal experience.

When the phoenix appeared in the clouds (twice) it reminded me that no matter how many times I've crashed and burned Ive also built back stronger & better.
When we are the ashes with nothing left, there is a time line shift, where you are reborn into a better version of yourself and your life.

You just can't see it at the time.

I've done it so many times now.
