If you’re unable to attend your appointment, or you no longer need it, please cancel as soon as possible.

Every appointment that is missed without notice is a slot that could have been offered to another patient who may be waiting for an appointment.

If you can’t attend, please cancel in advance. Even a little notice can make a big difference and helps us make sure our appointments are available to those who need them.

BOOK YOUR 2026/27 FLU VACCINATION 💉

Protect yourself, your loved ones and our community this winter.

We are holding Saturday flu vaccination clinics on:

📅 Saturday 3 October
📅 Saturday 10 October

If you are eligible for a free NHS flu vaccination, please book your appointment with the practice.

You may be eligible if you:
• Are aged 65 or over
• Are aged 18–64 and have certain long-term health conditions
• Are pregnant
• Are a carer in receipt of carer’s allowance or main carers of disabled/elderly persons
• Live with someone who has a weakened immune system

There are also specific eligibility arrangements for some children and other groups.

📲 Please book your flu vaccination appointment as soon as possible.

🚗 Please note: our car park is expected to be particularly busy on these clinic days. Where possible, please walk or car share to help us keep the car park available for those who need it most.

📬 IMPORTANT – Please Check Your Post

If you receive correspondence on behalf of NHS England asking you to confirm that you are still resident in our practice area, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you respond.

The NHS is carrying out checks to identify patients who may no longer be registered with their GP practice, sometimes referred to as “ghost patients”.

We have already been contacted by several patients who have been removed from our practice list & are now trying to book appointments with us.

Whilst we would never want to claim NHS funding for patients who have genuinely left the area or the country, this process is unfortunately affecting some patients who are still living locally — perhaps because they don’t speak English, have very busy lives, or have simply put the letter aside to deal with later.

📌 If you have received one of these letters & are still a patient at our practice, please contact us as soon as possible. This will help us make sure your registration remains up to date & avoid you being removed from our practice list.
