I have absolutely LOVED carrying out this beautiful lady’s treatments over the years 🤍 She really is one of those people who is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside.

And these results… 😍

One of these before photos takes us right back to before any aesthetic treatments at all. Yes, the hair colour has changed, but there’s definitely a lot more going on.

Over time, we’ve carried out carefully planned treatments with one aim, not to change her face, but to help her look fresher, more rested and rejuvenated while still completely looking like herself.

And I think that’s exactly what we’ve achieved.

The difference across the whole face is just gorgeous. Softer, fresher, more balanced, but nothing that screams “work done”.

Honestly… doesn’t she look absolutely AMAZING? 🥹🤍

The next step for these lips? …. We’re not touching the lips

I love what we’ve achieved here. More shape, more definition and a little volume where it was needed, without taking away from her natural features.

And now… we leave them alone.

Our next step is actually the chin.

Why? Because a beautiful profile isn’t just about the lips. The nose, lips and chin all sit in relation to one another, and adding a little projection to the chin can completely change that balance.

Adding more lip filler here wouldn’t necessarily make the profile better. In fact, it could do the opposite.

Sometimes knowing where not to inject is just as important as knowing where to inject.

Chin next… and I think it’s going to bring everything together beautifully 👀

4 microneedling sessions + exosomes ✨

The difference in this skin speaks for itself.

We’ve focused on improving overall skin quality, and after a course of 4 treatments you can see:

• A noticeable reduction in pigmentation
• A much more even skin tone
• Plumper, healthier-looking skin
• Improved texture and overall luminosity
• A lovely improvement through the under-eye area too

This is why I love microneedling. It’s not about changing how you look, it’s about improving the quality and health of the skin you already have.

And these results will continue to develop as collagen production and skin remodelling continue following treatment. 🤍

I often say no more than I say yes in clinic.

And I know it’s not always what you want to hear, especially when you’ve come in with your heart set on a particular treatment.

Sometimes those conversations can be difficult, but I’ll never carry out a treatment just because I can. If I don’t think it’s right for you, won’t benefit you, or there’s a better option, I’ll tell you.

You might not thank me at the time 😂 but hopefully, like this lovely patient, you’ll thank me in the end 🤍

First time lip filler, but I’m never looking at the lips in isolation.

When I assess lips, I look at the face as a whole, including the chin, cheeks, nose and overall profile.

Before adding filler, I’m considering:

• Is lip filler actually needed?
• Will adding volume complement the rest of the features?
• Can we improve asymmetry?
• Will it create better proportions and balance across the face?

There are ratios we can use as a guide, but faces aren’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are lips.

For this patient, a little additional volume helped correct asymmetry and created a much more balanced profile, while still looking completely natural to her.

Lip filler isn’t just about making lips bigger, it’s about knowing when, where and how much to add. 🤍

Immediately post-treatment, some swelling is present.

This is why I LOVE skin analysis 👏🏼

This patient came to me with rosacea-prone skin that was often red, angry and reactive.

We started with baseline skin analysis, the areas highlighted in red showing skin sensitivity and barrier disruption.

We introduced a targeted medical-grade skincare routine and repeated the analysis 12 weeks later.

The reduction in redness and sensitivity across the cheeks, forehead and overall complexion is incredible, but what I love most is that we can actually measure and visually track the changes, rather than relying on “I think it looks better.”

And this was achieved with skincare alone. ❤️

This may not look like much… but trust me, this is a BIG step in the new clinic renovations 🙌🏼

After lots of planning, measuring, meetings and decisions, the ventilation is finally in and the new ceiling is starting to take shape!

Hopefully in 6/7 weeks I’ll be standing in this exact spot taking a slightly more glamorous photo 😂🤞🏼

But for now… just look at my lovely new pipes 😍😂

Never thought I’d reach a stage in life where ducting would make me this happy.

New clinic pending…. 🤩

If your medical records follow you between healthcare professionals… why should your aesthetic treatments be any different?

I see patients all the time who have previously had injectable treatments elsewhere but don’t know exactly what product was used, how much was injected, where it was placed, or sometimes even where they had the treatment carried out.

And that information can matter.

Aesthetic injectable treatments are medical procedures. If another practitioner is assessing your face in the future, considering further treatment, dissolving existing filler or managing a complication, having an accurate history gives them a much clearer picture of what has already been done.

The British College of Aesthetic Medicine has recently been talking about the idea of an “Aesthetic Passport”, a record patients can keep of their treatments.

It doesn’t necessarily need to be a physical passport. It could be an app or another digital record. For me, the important part is that you have access to your treatment history.

And I also think practitioners have a responsibility here. You shouldn’t have to leave an appointment wondering what was injected into your face. Your practitioner should be happy to tell you exactly what product was used and give you the information you may need in the future.

Would you like to see something like an Aesthetic Passport introduced more widely? Comment below 👇

And, without checking… could you tell me exactly what products you’ve previously had injected? 👀

Thank you so much for this lovely review 🤍 It genuinely means a lot to me when someone takes the time to share their experience. I always want people to feel comfortable, listened to and well looked after when they come to see me. I welcome all feedback too, it’s so important to me and helps me keep improving the care and experience I give to every patient.

First time lip filler 🤍

For a first treatment, it doesn’t need to be about creating a dramatic change. Here the aim was simply to add a little more shape, definition and hydration, while keeping the lips completely in proportion with the rest of the face.

You can see the subtle improvement in the upper lip, with a little more definition through the border and a beautifully natural overall result.

The best lip filler is the kind that still looks like your lips, just enhanced ✨
