Looking ahead - Doves for Remembrance. We are working with all ages to create a special artwork for Remembrance that will form the backdrop to a very special Dementia Friendly Remembrance Ceremony in Eastleigh

Our flagship group in Chandlers Ford met again this afternoon.We welcomed many new visitors for an afternoon that started with Tea and Donoughts followed by a chance to chat, peer support and friendship.

We also enjoyed Balloon Games
more cake and tea to get the energy going before parachute games with an element of cheating from some guys and volunteers

A great action packed session and we are already looking forward to next week

Our Healthy Veterans Initiative will provide 12 weeks of gentle armchair exercises tailored to older adults and veterans, empowering them to maintain fitness and mobility for an extended period. We are securing county-by-county funding to ensure comprehensive outreach to all veterans. If you are interested in attending a session please let us know
