What does it mean to pause, reflect, and turn inward in the midst of our busy lives?

This short video brings together a series of spiritual reflections inspired by the lectures and teachings of Revered Swami Sarvasthananda, Minister-in-Charge, Ramakrishna Vedanta Centre, UK.

Through themes such as Spiritual Practices, Guided Meditation, Reflection & Inner Awakening, the Four Paths of Spiritual Life, Selfless Service, Spiritual Progress, and the timeless messages of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda, it offers a glimpse into the deeper journey of spiritual life.

Each reflection in the video has been thoughtfully drawn from the themes explored in Revered Swami Sarvasthanandaji’s talks and lectures, with relevant lecture references included in the slides.
