Soul Water Sauna and Edinburgh Blue Balls are proud to share many sauna sessions, events, conversations, and moments of connection over the years. What began through our shared roots in Portobello has grown into a valued friendship built around community, wellbeing, and creating spaces where people can show up as they are.
This month, together we’re evolving our regular Neptune Sauna gathering into a guided sauna experience, led by a trained Sauna Master.
Designed as a masculine-centred session, the evening focuses on grounding, presence, and steady restoration rather than intensity for its own sake. Open to anyone who feels aligned with the intention, we’ll move together through guided sauna rounds, cold plunges, breath awareness, and moments of reflection, creating space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
After our final round, we’ll gather around the firepit for a warm cup of tea and good conversation, allowing time to absorb the experience and enjoy the sense of community that has always been at the heart of these evenings.
Thanks to the ongoing collaboration between Soul Water Sauna and Edinburgh Blue Balls, we’re delighted to offer this enhanced guided experience at the usual ticket price, ensuring it remains accessible to the community we’ve built together.
