End of a day of Cranio-sacral therapy.
This month Feldenkrais classes restarting with Alan Caig Wilson Feldenkrais Studio Edinburgh , Yoga beginning in the evening with Adam Noach, Lisa Proudfoot Release Therapies Coaching starts Qi Gong, massage and more, Alison Hughes has already started her yoga class for unpaid carers for Care4Carers, Louise Day from Louise Voice Coach starts again on Friday and Janet McInnes from will return from maternity in October Four more practitioners are confirming this week.
It has been a week of meetings and conversations. I like the word conversation, it points to communication happening in reciprocity
Adam will offer a free taster session in two weeks. More information to come.
We will have an Open Day in October on Saturday 24th. More on that once I return from teaching the yoga retreat on Gigha .

Not quite gluten-free,but I mix different flours.
Out garrden raspberries and laat winter's foraged seabuckthorn. Tgere shall be nettle seeds and chocolate dust, there shall be a layer of pink fabolous cream in between made from oatcram and green yoghurt and agave syrup.
I go by eye and taste and feel and imagination. My desserts are not overly sweet, more wholesome, not pretty, but very very satifying to eat :)...so I am told :) and I quite love them too.
This is a new combo, so, it will be interesting to see of anything else feels called to the mix.

In patients with chronic pain, this meta-analysis suggests significant and robust effects of CST on pain and function lasting up to six months.
Ten RCTs of 681 patients with neck and back pain, migraine, headache, fibromyalgia, epicondylitis, and pelvic girdle pain were included. CST showed greater post intervention effects on pain intensity.
Secondary outcomes were all significantly more improved in CST patients than in other groups, except for six-month mental quality of life versus sham. Sensitivity analyses revealed robust effects of CST against most risk of bias domains.
