I'm taking a much-needed holiday next week, so there'll be no practices from 12th - 17th July. It's the first time I've taken a full week's holiday since venturing into self-employment over three years ago, and I'm so looking forward to resting, recharging, spending time with my family, and returning to my mat ready and refreshed.

Held outdoors in nature, this special practice offers the opportunity to reconnect with the natural world, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, the earth beneath your feet, and immerse yourself in the beauty and abundance of the season.
We will close with a guided meditation, reflecting on the intentions and dreams planted at the beginning of the year, acknowledging how far we've come and gently realigning with what still wishes to grow.

What a joy it was yesterday evening to have an extra beautiful soul join our yoga practice at the Methodist Church Hall. He/she brought a smile to everyone's mat, staying for the whole class and then observing everyone from the front in Savasana.
If this is your cat? Thank you for allowing him/her to roam, he brought even more love into the room, along with comfort and a little laughter. 🙏

Sharing a little peak into a care home that is very close to my heart 💛

Yoga means union; a coming together of body, mind, breath and spirit - and it truly belongs to everyone. That's why I feel honoured to bring chair yoga into care settings, where movement, connection, and presence can be experienced in a way that is accessible and inclusive for all.

It's not about how it looks, but how it feels and the joy of simply being together in the moment 🙏
