What an absolutely beautiful 2 hours at the Coastguard Studio yesterday 💚

Such a fantastic collaboration with the beautiful Luna Spirit Reiki - if you missed it, we are definitely planning more of the same for this year so don’t worry, you’ll get to experience this deeply relaxing session at some point!

It was just lovely to see some faces I haven’t seen for a long, long time and have a catch up over tea and cookies/baklava. Thank you to everyone who booked on, we appreciate you choosing to spend your Saturday afternoon with us and battling the traffic to get to Southsea. Worth it for the venue though 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🎶✨

Thank you to everyone who came to classes, workshops and mini retreats with me this year! I am so very grateful to you all 💚

I wish you a wonderful Christmas and hope it’s filled with joy, lovely food and some blissful relaxation time.

I shall be enjoying my Christmas nachos in lieu of a traditional Christmas dinner and hopefully going for a beach walk, weather permitting! I’ve also got a tonne of unread books so will read something Christmasy with a fancy hot chocolate and a cat or two on my lap!
