Another great buggy walk! 🥰

What started as an overcast morning soon turned into a beautiful sunny day — and just like the weather, we all brought a little bit of everything to the table.

Lack of sleep, developmental leaps, new stages, big feelings, little wins… and plenty of stories to share. ❤️

We walked, we laughed, we chatted, and our little people enjoyed plenty of cuddles along the way. It’s so special having a space where we can come exactly as we are, with no judgement and plenty of understanding.

Thank you so much for coming and making another walk so lovely. 💕 I can’t wait for the next one! 🌿✨

A mother needs to feel heard. 🤍

When a new mum is seeking support with feeding, she isn’t just looking for information. She needs to feel listened to, respected and understood.

She needs space to share what she’s seeing, what she’s worried about and what she feels is right for her baby — especially when she is advocating for her child.

Because when a mother repeatedly feels dismissed, unheard or judged, she can leave appointments feeling lost, confused and questioning herself.

And sadly, she may begin to lose faith in the very professionals she turned to for support.

Good communication isn’t an added extra. It is part of good care.

We can offer evidence-based advice while still listening.
We can guide without taking away her voice.
We can challenge concerns without making her feel like she has failed.
And we can remember that behind every feeding question is a mother who wants to know:

“Do you hear me? Do you see my baby? Can you help me?”

Let’s make sure the answer is always yes. 🤍

Because a mother shouldn’t leave feeling smaller than when she arrived.

She should leave feeling heard, informed, supported and empowered to advocate for her baby.

Join us for a relaxed walk through Hainault Forest, with friendly conversation, fresh air and a chance to connect with other parents in the same season of life.

Whether you’re breastfeeding, combination feeding, bottle feeding, expressing or introducing solids — you’re welcome exactly as you are. No judgement, no pressure, just a supportive space to chat, share and enjoy a little time outside.

The very first Feeding Whisperers Buggy Walk 🐛🤍

What a beautiful day to bring The Feeding Whisperers community together in real life! Our very first Buggy Walk was filled with fresh air, little ones, plenty of prams, feeding support, and—most importantly—connection.

A chance for mums and babies to get out, walk, chat, share experiences and realise they’re not alone on this feeding journey.

From tiny newborn cuddles to toddler adventures, every feeding journey is different—and there’s something so special about finding your village along the way.

Here’s to the first of many Feeding Whisperers Buggy Walks! 🥹🤍

Breastfeeding doesn’t always go to plan — and that doesn’t mean you’ve failed. 🤍

When feeding feels difficult, come back to the 3 keeps:
Keep baby close. Keep the milk flowing. Keep baby fed.

Your feeding journey doesn’t have to look a certain way. Breastfeeding, expressing, combination feeding or using formula can all be part of keeping your baby nourished while you work out what’s right for you.
