Skills for Care is currently reviewing and updating the Manager Induction Standards (MIS) to ensure they remain up to date, accessible, and fit for purpose. Feedback from managers and aspiring managers is essential in helping identify what's working well, spot any gaps, and improve the overall user experience.

Survey findings will directly inform future revisions to the MIS and support the development of a more effective and relevant induction resource for managers. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and share your views.

The evening will include a welcome drinks reception, three-course dinner, and a prestigious awards ceremony hosted by a professional Master of Ceremonies, recognising outstanding individuals and teams across twelve award categories.
