Are you seeking connection with nature and community in the heart the city?
Maybe you are feeling isolated, low in mood, overwhelmed or perhaps you simply want to foster a sense of connection and belonging with others and wider nature.
We welcome you to join City Roots Ecotherapy series of NatureWell workshops in the accessible urban wilds of Exeter's green spaces.
These workshops have been intentionally set at low cost to offer an inclusive experience for participants to slow down in nature through gentle activities, including sensory exploration, creative expression, reflection, and conversation.
Our sessions offer a welcoming and supportive space for adults to spend time in nature supporting wellbeing, belonging, and community connection in accessible urban spaces.

City Roots Ecotherapy is a collaborative partnership between Ellen Twist - Family & Systemic Psychotherapist (Healing Futures Psychotherapy), & NatureWell Facilitator, and Emma Parker - Ecotherapist (Deeper Nature Devon), Occupational Therapist, & NatureWell facilitator.
NatureWell is an evidence based Nature, Health and Wellbeing programme developed by Natural Academy.
