💚 5 WEEKS TO GO! WELLBEING BY DAY. LIVE MUSIC BY NIGHT 🎸

On Sunday 6 December, we will host two very different events, connected by one shared purpose: bringing people together this Christmas.

🌿 WELLNESS UNPLUGGED | 11am–4pm | FREE

Come along to a welcoming community wellbeing event where you can discover local organisations and support, explore activities and tasters, and connect with people in your community. Everyone is welcome, and there’s no need to book!

🎶 MIND OVER MAYHEM @ CHRISTMAS | 7pm–11pm | £25 per ticket

Enjoy an evening of live music featuring Tom Robinson, Sound of the Sirens and TV Smith (The Adverts).

So, what brings the two events together?

Wellness Unplugged offers a free space for people to connect, explore wellbeing and discover local support. Ticket sales from the evening concert help offset the costs of making the daytime event free for the community.

Whether you join us during the day, come along for the music, or make a day of it and attend both, you can be part of something special!

✨ Try activities and experiences you might not have considered before
🧠 Explore different ways to support your wellbeing
🙌 Be part of a welcoming community event

And you don't need to have a particular reason for coming. Bring the family, come with a friend, or simply drop in and have a look around!

Tom Robinson is an influential British singer-songwriter, musician and broadcaster whose career has always combined powerful music with a strong social conscience. Best known for classics such as 2-4-6-8 Motorway and the uncompromising protest anthem Glad to Be Gay, he has spent decades challenging prejudice, championing LGBTQ+ rights and supporting anti-racism and wider social justice.

As a founding member of the Tom Robinson Band and an early supporter of Rock Against Racism, he helped show that music could be more than entertainment — it could challenge injustice, bring people together and inspire change. His passion, integrity and belief in standing up for what is right remain as relevant today as ever.

See him live at Exeter Phoenix this December alongside 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘀 and 𝗧𝗩 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵!
