✨ ️exploring the transition to mother, what's happening, what to expect and how to support this developmental process
✨️understanding your newborn, what's happening, what to expect and how to optimise everyone's wellbeing
✨️mapping out a postpartum plan

Come along and explore these important topics together in a relaxed and held space, guided by a midwife and the Crediton BAPS Baby and Parent Support peer supporters.

Many expecting parents do not realise just how many decisions they need to make during pregnancy, birth and the parenting years.

We are also making decisions that impact another human, not just ourselves.

We can feel disconnected from our intuition and overwhelmed by all the external noise about what we 'should' or 'shouldn't' do.

🔅The Pregnancy Circle 🔅
At the next session, we will be discussing how to navigate these decisions, to get curious about what matters to us, how to ask helpful questions and have meaningful discussions with healthcare providers.

I'm posting this here for accountability.
There's no backing out now.

The perfectionist drive in me makes training and exams exhausting. I always feel like I need to do more and learn more and revise more, so the next few months are going to be a fun juggle of work, volunteering, kids, revision, and life!
But I'm feeling very grateful to have this opportunity to enhance my skill set and knowledge.

A big shout out to Irena Green, wherever you are dancing, laughing, and 'chewing the mop' now; my late mother-in-law, who has gifted me the funds to make this happen, I know you're rooting for me!
