A sunny throwback of fabulous service user, Kyle 👍 and a few top tips from us to stay safe in the heat 🌞

✔️ Keep out of direct sun during the hottest part of the day (usually between 3-5pm)
✔️ Drink plenty of fluids regularly
✔️ Keep rooms cool by closing curtains or blinds
✔️ Wear light, loose clothing
✔️ Use a cool, damp cloth or spray to lower body temperature

A reminder to look out for others:
Children, young people, and older adults can be more affected by the heat, so it’s important to check in and offer support where needed. Our teams are always keeping an eye on wellbeing during visits, but these are helpful reminders for everyone at home too 💜
