I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your amazing support. ❤️

Since taking the leap and going full time, I have been incredibly busy, and it's all thanks to you. Every recommendation, review, share, and kind word has helped my little business grow. Some of you have even been handing out my leaflets for me, which means more than you know. I honestly couldn't ask for better clients. 🙏

August is looking very busy for me (with a few days away planned too!), so I'm now taking bookings for September. If you'd like an appointment, I'd really recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. 😊

I have taken my own (great 😂) advice again this morning and made some time for myself.

Had a lovely walk, and spotted a deer, then went for a refreshing sea swim with my friends!

Now I am super charged and ready to go!

I see the work you're doing on yourselves, even if you don't always give yourselves credit.
Every time you choose to keep going, set a boundary, ask for help, take a walk, book that treatment, or simply get through another difficult day... those are the steps that matter.

Not everyone sees the battles you fight or the quiet progress you make, but it all counts.
I'm so proud of every single one of you who is choosing to put your wellbeing first. Keep going... you're doing better than you think. 💛

Remember, you can't pour from an empty cup. Take time to rest, recharge and be kind to yourself. You deserve it. 🌼

I know a few of you might be feeling a little disappointed after the World Cup last night... and perhaps nursing a sore head this morning!

So I thought I'd share the joy of Macey living her best life on our morning walk instead. 😂

I'm always encouraging people to spend a little more time outdoors, and this morning was a perfect reminder why. The sun was peeking through the trees, the birds were singing, there was a lovely breeze, and I spotted fish, damselflies, butterflies and dragonflies. I even had some lovely chats with people along the way.

I'm feeling refreshed and ready for the day now.

I'm working until 9pm today, so if you message me, I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

What does an Indian Head Massage involve?

Many people think it's just a scalp massage, but it's so much more than that.

I begin by working on your back and shoulders, focusing on the trapezius muscles. These muscles do a huge amount of work, helping to support your head, neck and shoulders, which is why they're such a common area for tension, stiffness and discomfort.

Next, I move onto the tops of your arms and shoulders, using massage techniques and gentle shoulder movements to help release built-up tension and improve mobility.

I then spend time on your neck, using massage, stretches and pressure points to ease tight muscles before moving onto your scalp. Here I use a variety of techniques, including friction over the temples (temporalis muscles), helping to relieve tension that can build up from stress or jaw clenching.

To finish, I work around the face, focusing on pressure points and the sinus area, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. I also include a brief chakra balancing element for those who enjoy a more holistic approach to wellbeing.

The whole treatment is designed to calm the nervous system, relieve stress and tension, and leave you feeling lighter, clearer and wonderfully relaxed.
