✨ A little clarification about the treatment I offer ✨

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is often confused with “Brazilian Sculpting” massages, but they are actually very different treatments 🤎

💆🏼‍♀️ The MLD treatment I offer is a gentle, slow and rhythmic technique designed to support the natural movement of lymph fluid within the body. It focuses on relaxation, reducing puffiness/water retention and supporting overall wellbeing ✨

🔥 Brazilian sculpting/body contouring treatments are typically much firmer, faster paced and focused on creating a sculpted or “snatched” appearance.

While both treatments may help you feel lighter and less bloated, my treatment is specifically Manual Lymphatic Drainage, not Brazilian sculpting ☺️🤎
