The next Lotus Chakra Course will start in September, and it’s open for booking now!

This course focuses on learning how to heal yourself through your chakras. Over ten weeks you will learn about each of the chakras, what they do, their mudra and individual chant. Along with meditations and through special assignments, you will be taken on your own personal journey of learning, growth and healing.

It will take place on Tuesday mornings in Church Crookham.

There will be Psychic and Tarot Readings, Mediumship and Clairvoyance, crystal and gemstone stalls, Reiki, holistic products and gifts (Tarot, incense and other goodies), as well as free talks included in the entry fee!

There are only a few spaces now left for my upcoming Meditation and Chakras Workshop on 5th July - so if you’re interested, now’s the time to book!

This popular Workshop, held in Church Crookham, focusses on each of the seven major chakras, giving focus to each one through small guided meditations. You will experience how to move between the chakras, balancing and healing them. Finally, I will take you on a beautiful guided meditation through all seven chakras before bringing you gently back and grounding you.

In my last Newsletter, I asked you to consider creating a tradition for the young people in your families for Easter rather than just giving Easter eggs. I'm so happy to share that this inspired Janika, who has since shared one of her personal childhood traditions with her children.

And so - meet their new Figolli-making tradition! These beautiful chocolate hearts are filled with an almond centre, and I have no doubt that by making and enjoying them together this will be a sweet moment for the family for years to come.

As she explained…

"Figolli date back to pagan times and were made as symbols of fertility. It originated in Italy, but a very big part of Maltese Catholic tradition for many years. They are now used as an Easter treat following a period of fasting and abstinence from sweets."
