What a fantastic day out for some of our residents as they enjoyed a special tour of Ibrox Stadium . From exploring the media room and trophy room to the unforgettable moment of walking through the tunnel and out onto the pitch, it was an experience to remember. Residents enjoyed a lively morning of prize bingo, with plenty of fun and friendly competition all round. This afternoon, the celebrations got underway for the World Cup as Laurie treated everyone to the fantastic sound of the bagpipes.

Today we completed our 10k walk 🙌starting at Crofthead and completing in Linlithgow. We met lots of interesting people and architecture on the route.

Many thanks to Davina, Suzie, Lynne, Susan & Ejike for arranging. And thanks to Oriana’s cafe in Linlithgow for refreshments and Linlithgow Palace for the welcome too. Our route from Fauldhouse to Linlithgow was beautiful. ☺️

A fun filled day (3rd June). Welcome to our student Keren who has joined us on her first ever school work placement. 👋
Keren will join our Activities Team for the next few weeks. Today Keren and the residents enjoyed baking, sporting games, connect 4 and reading old Broons annuals.
Tomorrow we set off on our sponsored 10k. Residents, families and staff are contributing to some ( or all of the miles).

Today we enjoyed a wonderful day out at Five Sisters Zoo in West Calder. The residents had a fantastic time exploring and meeting all the amazing animals, with the penguins and bears stealing the show as clear favourites. 😃
