My good friend and fellow herbalist has the most wonderful garden with an incredible selection of herbs.

I feel very blessed that she lets me come and harvest herbs and flowers for my tea blends.

I appreciate knowing that she doesn’t use any pesticides which is important to me in my blends, because pesticides don’t taste very nice do they?

I am new to using nettle seed. I’ve seen a couple of other Herbalist and foragers on Instagram with recipes so I’ve picked some in Norfolk when I was away last week and then some from Ashley‘s garden.

I’m just wondering have you used nettle seed before?

If so, how have you used it?

The Power of Hormones by is a real eye opener!

Full of important information about women’s health history, some of which is downright shocking 😮

Hormones are critically important to our health, if you’re suffering from PMDD, PMS, perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, postnatal depression, MS, Alzheimer’s Parkinson’s, thyroid disorders, or if you are/were taking contraceptives of any fashion oral, IUD, IUS, implants then you should really read this book!

Dr Louise Newson is a modern day pioneer for Womens Health and for that I’m grateful because I’ve really learned a lot from this book.
