Its been a busy few months trialing my new ASMR sensory touch therapy. Thankyou to the 9 lovely clients that signed up for 3 treatments each and for giving me valuable feedback and suggestions following each one.

ASMR Sensory Touch Therapy

*Sensory relaxation treatment that uses gentle rhythmatic scratching and textured touch to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. It works by stimulating the sensory receptors helping the body to relax and re balance.

You all loved the way it allowed you to experience full relaxation which is so beneficial for fully re setting the nervous system.

I now have Mondays available from the 13th July, get in touch if you would like to start the week treating youself to some you time.
No Monday blues if you have a treatment after a busy work day and to extend that weekend feeling.

Doing good treatments is key to returning clients, but its also about making the individual feel welcomed, relaxed and that every one likes something bespoke in their treatment.
Yesterdays facial reflexology ll offered 3 different eye masks, total blackout, weighted , and soft satin. Makes me happy to hear my clients say they feel they had such a relaxing experience.

It starts with facial cleansing and toning and then moves into accupressure , tapping areas that link to areas around the body. It also includes a facial massage which is uplifting and relaxing. Aromatherapy oils add to the beauty of this treatment.

Hot stone massage booked in today , a lovely treatment using grapeseed oil and hot stones to target aches and pains.

Good morning friends and followers....wishing you all a happy sunny weekend x

Balance and Harmony is on a break for a few weeks as l am moving to Old Felixstowe.

I will be taking bookings for May 🙂🙂

My new premises is a first floor flat so be mindful there will be stairs.
