Pandas Foundation (Pre And PostNatal Depression Advice and Support) 💛

Just a reminder that the first topic for our refreshed Monday morning Zoom Support Call is intrusive thoughts.

We’ll be talking about identifying and understanding intrusive thoughts during the perinatal period, along with some helpful ways to cope with them. There’ll be time to share, ask questions and hear from others who get it. You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to. You can simply join, listen and take what you need. ❤️

And while there’s a focus for each week, you don’t have to stick to the topic. There will always be space to talk about whatever is going on for you and get the support you need.

Big Machinery Weekend returns to Pensthorpe on 26 & 27 September with almost THREE TIMES as many vehicles as last year!

From vintage tractors and military vehicles to telehandlers and off-roaders, there’s plenty for big machine fans of all ages to discover. Many owners and operators will be joining us on both days to answer your questions, share their knowledge and give demonstrations.

🌽 It’s also your last chance to tackle The Great Cornspiracy maize maze! Add indoor and outdoor play, beautiful gardens, flamingos and cranes, and you’ve got a fantastic day out.

Thank you to everyone who has booked. There are still a few places remaining for our afternoon Halloween Parties:

🎃 Saturday 31st October: 6 places remaining

Both parties run from 3pm to 4.45pm and cost £17 per child.

Each party includes:
