Massage increases blood flow, improves circulation, relieves tension and improves mobility. I can help with conditions such as

✨soft tissue injuries
✨pain from sciatica
✨fibromyalgia
✨headaches and neck tension
✨arthritis

A full consultation is carried out if you are a new client and I check for updates with regular clients on how they are doing.

Treatments offered are:

✨Full Body Relaxation Swedish Massage £40 - 75 minutes

✨Full Body Deep Tissue Massage £40 - 75 minutes

✨Full Body Hot Stones Massage £40 - 1 hour

✨Back, neck and shoulders massage £30 - 45 mins

All treatments are individual to the client and there is time to discuss this before I begin the treatment. If you are a new client a consultation form will be completed and kept on record for future visits.

New treatments that are coming - Oncology massage and Thai foot massage 🇹🇭 🦶🏻 🌍

Full body massage - I hour 20 mins £40
Back, neck and shoulders massage - 1 hour £30
Full body hot stones massage - 1 hour £40

I use a mixture of relaxing Swedish massage techniques and deep tissue work if needed to relieve aches and pains. Every massage is very individual to what you need as a client and we can talk through all of this first before we start.
