It takes time for the brain and body to adapt to new habits. During the first few days, sugar cravings can be strong because sugar activates the brain's reward system and gives a quick "feel good" response.

After about 2–3 weeks, many people notice: ✨ Fewer sugar cravings
✨ More stable energy levels
✨ Less reliance on sweet foods for comfort or a quick boost
✨ Better awareness of natural sweetness in foods
