so last weekend while working a festival down south I had to deal with a young girl who had lost her baby at 36 weeks . she tried
to slit her throat and wrists.
she was covered in scares from self harm and it took 5 of us to hold her down while the medics did there Job .
This has left a horrible lasting effect on me in fact it's burnt in my memory . my point is people come to our gym with there own scars and we're all fighting our own demons . don't be afraid to talk to me or my staff. we've been there. talking can release the load on your shoulders . please don't be alone . if your feeling down or thinking of self halm please please come see me .
I'm here to help .

Hello ladys and gents .when you use the equipment in the gym and something breaks can you let a member of staff know instead of just leaving it broke. The quicker we know it's broke the quicker we can get it fixed. We won't bite your head off but I might blackmail you for a kabab 😂😂😂. Neeeeeeoooow 💪💪💪💪 thanks Peter

As a gym we don't just cater for training . we are s welfare centre to . so if anyone is feeling like there life doesn't matter please . please come see me of my staff. you are valued . your life is important. you are worth it ..
every day is what you make of it . one door never closes without another opening.
why do we fall... so we can learn to pick ourselves up and keep moving forward.
remember Hinsons isn't just a gym . it's a family . your family .

Sad news today that a former member has took his own life in a massive cry for help. although he was only here a short period of time we found him to be a polite and gentle person.
unfortunately we a fight our own demons and sometimes we loose . i personally know what it's like to live with this but with the love and support of a good family and friends here in the gym anything is possible.
so please if your feeling down and are thinking for taking the next step come talk to us don't do anything rash .
we're here for you .
