☀️ Midsummer Magic ☀️

I’ve made a special, limited edition, summer tea blend to celebrate the energy of the Summer Solstice and the feeling of this bright, abundant season.

The Solstice (21st June) marks the longest day of the year and the peak of summer light. It’s always a reminder to honour the sun, the light but mostly yourself…..What will you manifest this summer?

This blend came together with the light and joy of summer in mind… something fruity, floral and a bit magical for the warmer months.

🌺 Hibiscus for love and heart energy
💜 Lavender for calm joy
🍋 Lemon balm for lightness and uplift
🫐 Blueberry & raspberry for sweetness and summer abundance

This fruity, uplifting tea will be in my honesty box all summer long, right through until autumn arrives.

My little Honesty Box is back out this weekend 🌧️

New bits in:

🌿 Nettle Balm — nettle-infused coconut oil + bergamot
Nettle’s a traditional powerhouse herb, mineral-rich and long used to support skin health, vitality and general wellbeing.

💜 Lavender Balm — lavender-infused olive oil
Traditionally used for its calming, soothing qualities and helping to ease tension.

My overnight nettle infusion 🌿
I’ll fill a jar with dried nettle and add a little lemongrass, which takes the edge off nettle’s bitterness and adds a touch of calm to my day…..I leave it to steep overnight and by morning I’m left with the most gorgeous luscious green liquid.
I strain off the herbs, give them a good squeeze to get every bit of nourishing goodness, and then sip the infusion throughout the day.
Simple ritual with the mighty nettle.
