Thank you so much to everyone who came to our Community Sound Bath in Fleetwood last night. 🤍

It was absolutely stunning. One of those evenings where you look around and just think… how lucky are we to have this happening right here on our coastline.

And a huge thank you to everyone who donated. Your donations really are what help us keep these evenings going and allow us to keep improving what we bring to the beach, from better sound equipment and microphones to more instruments and beautiful people joining us to add something different each time.

We want to keep these community sound baths donation-based and accessible, so if you’re able to support them when you come along, it genuinely means a lot and helps us continue doing exactly that. 🤍

And to our gorgeous little team…

Aaron, thank you for being beside me on the singing bowls.
Janet, our queen of the drums and gongs.
Martin, bringing that beautiful handpan sound to the beach.
And Ariana… thank you for finishing the evening with that gorgeous voice of yours. Pure magic. ✨

🌅 COMMUNITY SOUNDBATH — FLEETWOOD BEACH — TONIGHT 8PM 🤍

We’re back on the beach tonight for another beautiful community soundbath as the sun goes down. 🌅✨

Come down, get cosy on the sand and give yourself half an hour to completely switch off. Breathe, listen, slow everything down and just be surrounded by hundreds of other people doing exactly the same. 🤍

Tonight we have:

🎤 And my beautiful little cousin Ariana finishing us off with a gorgeous song as the sun sets 🥹🤍

🙏 This is a FREE community offering.
If you enjoy what we do and would like to help us keep these evenings going, there’ll be our donation buckets on the night — cash only. Every donation goes back into helping us keep these evenings going and making them even better.

⚠️ Not suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy, certain heart sensitivities, or during the first trimester of pregnancy.

🌿 This is an alcohol-free space created for peace, wellbeing, connection and community.

No booking. No tickets. Just turn up. 🤍

There’s something really special happening on these beaches 🤍

Thank you so much to every single person who joined us in St Anne’s last night. What an absolutely gorgeous evening.

Seeing so many people choosing to spend their evening slowing down, lying under the sky, listening, breathing and just being still together is something I don’t think I’ll ever take for granted.

I really hope you found even a little bit of peace last night, and that you can carry some of that calm with you into the rest of your week.

A massive thank you to everybody who donated too. These sound baths are community events and your donations genuinely help us keep them going. This week, we’re investing some of that money straight back into better microphones and sound equipment so we can make the experience even more beautiful for you all.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, really does make a difference. 🤍

And to our amazing volunteers who helped us carry everything down and back again — THANK YOU. There is so much equipment and some of it is seriously heavy 😂 having those extra pairs of hands helps us more than you know.

It really does take a community to create these evenings.

🌊 LOOKING FOR 4 VOLUNTEERS TONIGHT – ST ANNE’S 🌊

We’re looking for 4 lovely volunteers to help us tonight with the Community Sound Bath 🙏🏼

📍 Meeting at 7pm
88 Promenade, North Promenade, St Anne’s

We just need some extra hands to help us carry all the equipment down onto the beach and get set up.

⚠️ Please note: Some of the equipment is quite heavy, so please only volunteer if you’re comfortable carrying heavier items.

🌅🌊 Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our sunset meditation & sea dip tonight.

I hope you all took a little something away from tonight, released a little of what you’ve been carrying, made some space for what you need more of, and left the beach feeling just that little bit lighter. 🤍

🌅 Community Sunset Soundbath – St Anne’s – This Tuesday 🌅

Join us this Tuesday evening (tomorrow) for our Community Soundbath on St Anne’s Beach.

An evening to pause, relax and connect as the sun begins to set over the sea. ✨

📅 Tuesday
⏰ Please arrive for 8pm
🎶 The soundbath will begin promptly at 8:30pm

We’ll be bringing the crystal singing bowls with Lucy & Aaron, drumming & gongs with our drumming queen Janet, and the wonderful Martin on the handpan. Full on relaxation, connection and community as we all pause together for a little while. 🤍

🚗 Parking & Finding Us

Please park at North Beach Car Park, St Anne’s, or along North Promenade if the car park is full.

From the car park, walk down the beach access path onto the sand, turn left and continue walking for around 3–4 minutes. We’ll be set up on the beach near the sand dunes and you should be able to see the group as you get closer.

Please allow plenty of time to park, walk over and get yourself comfortable before we begin.

✨ What to bring

Bring a yoga mat, blanket or something comfortable to lie on, warm layers, water and anything else that helps you relax. Even if it feels warm when you arrive, it can become chilly once the sun goes down.

💛 This is a free community offering, with cash donations always deeply appreciated. Donation buckets will come around before we begin, so please bring cash where possible as we don’t have a card machine. Every donation helps us continue bringing these evenings to the community.

👧 Ages 8+ are welcome, as long as children are able to remain quiet and respectful throughout the soundbath.

Please note that soundbaths may not be suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, or for anyone with sound-induced epilepsy or certain sensitive heart conditions.

We can’t wait to welcome you all back for another beautiful evening on the beach. 🌅🤍

Come and spend a beautiful summer evening with us on Fleetwood Beach 🤍

We’ll settle down together for a relaxing sunset meditation. A chance to slow down, breathe, switch off from everything else and take a little time for yourself.

Then we’ll finish the evening by heading into the sea together for an optional sunset dip 🌊

Come on your own, bring a friend, your partner… everyone is welcome. No experience needed.

Fleetwood Beach — in front of the Watch Tower

Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can all settle in and begin together at 8:15pm.

🌊 Sea Dip Safety

The sea dip is completely optional and is undertaken at your own risk. You are responsible for deciding whether you are physically fit and comfortable entering open water.

Cold-water immersion may not be suitable for those with certain heart/cardiovascular conditions, blood-pressure problems, epilepsy/seizures, significant respiratory conditions or conditions affected by cold.

If you are pregnant, currently unwell, have recently had surgery or are unsure whether cold-water immersion is suitable for you, please seek medical advice before taking part.

Sea and weather conditions can change quickly, so the dip may be altered or cancelled if conditions aren’t suitable.

🔞 Ages 16+
Anyone aged 16 or 17 must attend with a parent or guardian.

🌿 Alcohol-free space, created for peace, wellbeing and connection.

Sunset Sauna & Sea Dip 🌅🔥🌊

One hour.

No phones.
No rushing.
No expectations.

Just the sea, the sauna, the sunset and a group of lovely people taking an hour out for themselves.

If life’s been feeling a bit full lately, come and let the sea wash some of it away.

The heat of the sauna relaxes your body, the cold sea wakes you back up, and somehow you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.

⛰️🤍 Couples Nature Retreat 🤍⛰️

A day created for couples to reconnect, strengthen their relationship and come back to each other in a deeper way.

This retreat is for couples who want to slow down, switch off from the outside world and create space for real connection. Whether you feel like you’ve lost a little bit of that spark, you’ve been moving through challenges together, or you simply want to deepen the love you already have,this day is all about coming back to each other.

Set in nature, the day will include a beautiful nature walk, waterfall dip, breathwork, meditation, sound bath, partner strengthening exercises and arrow breaking.

Everything has been created with the intention of helping you open up, build trust, strengthen your bond, release what’s been sitting between you, and remember why you chose each other.

A day of connection, vulnerability, laughter, love and strength.
A chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect, not just as individuals, but as a couple.
