Everything in nature moves in cycles - the seasons, the tides, day and night - and our bodies are no different with its natural rhythms and cycles that, when we work with rather than against, can help support our energy, sleep, digestion and overall wellbeing.

Working from Acu-Rate Acupuncture in Dundee and Sattva Wellness Centre in Forfar. Please feel free to contact me by email or drop me a private message if you require any info.

🌿 Acupuncture isn’t just about needles…

A lot of people think acupuncture is just what happens in the treatment room — but it’s actually much bigger than that.

In Chinese medicine, we look at the whole picture 👇

✨ The 5 Elements – how your body and emotions are connected (stress, worry, energy, mood all play a part)

✨ Diet – what you’re eating can either support your energy or leave you feeling sluggish and out of balance

✨ Outside influences – things like weather, stress, lifestyle, and even the seasons can affect how you feel day to day

That’s why two people with the same symptoms can be treated completely differently.
It’s about understanding you, on the day — not just the symptoms.

Acupuncture helps guide the body back into balance, but the real magic happens when everything works together.

If you’ve been feeling off and not sure why, there’s usually a reason behind it 🌱

Pop me a message if you want a chat or to get booked in 📩
