☀️ Why sauna in summer?

Many people think saunas are just for winter, but regular sauna use can actually help your body regulate temperature more efficiently, making it easier to cope with warmer weather 🔥 ☀️

It can also support better sleep. The natural cooling process after a sauna session helps signal to your body that it’s time to rest, making those warm summer nights a little easier.

This Summer Solstice + Father’s Day weekend, we’re creating space for the men to properly switch off.

Not just for dads — for all men who carry stress in their shoulders, tension in their jaw, or never quite take the time to slow doon.

Coastal Calm is an evening of sauna, stretching, massage and deep relaxation designed to help release tension and properly unwind.

No experience needed. Just turn up and relax.

What to bring:
Wear swimwear under loose warm clothing
Easy removable footwear - sliders/crocs
Robe/warm jacket
2 towels - 1 to sit on inside sauna
