We had so many magical moments.

🌸 Wore Phannie’s Caps 🙏 Donna for sharing your stash.
🌸 We enjoyed a Brucy bonus waterfall
🌸 Had sunshine & rain

Celebration of Femininity with a relaxing Sauna and tranquil Dip.

Only 3 SPACES LEFT

I ran an intro session with Cedar Hus at their base at Bewliehill Farm last week
And oh my gosh I was blown away by the peace and tranquillity of the setting.
The barley gently blowing in the breeze, the bees buzzing in the wildflowers, the gently ripple of stream flowing through the Ale Water and the warmth of the sauna.

And thought - this lends itself so perfectly to a little celebration of being a women.
I can't express just how perfect this experience will be.

So ladies - get booked up and come and join me and let the beauty of the location relax you and recharge your batteries ready for what ever the weekend throws at you.

Loch Lomond Adventure 🌄🌊

let's become a day tripper.

Some might say…

A day out of the Borders is a day wasted.

But if you’re going to head away…

You go somewhere that’s worth it.

And Loch Lomond?

It absolutely is.

This isn’t just a trip up the road.

It’s a full day of heading out together in the minibus with great chats, a lot of laughs, and that feeling of going somewhere a bit different with a group of like-minded folk.

We’ll explore swim spots along the banks…
Find those quieter places away from the crowds…
Step into water that makes you stop and take it all in.

And in between?

There’s the laughter.
The shared moments.
The stories that come from doing something just a little bit out of the ordinary.

That’s what these days are about.

Not just the swims…

But the people you do them with.

Our next Wet & the Wild Session is scheduled for the end of the month.

How does the month scoot in so quick.

With us being in the height of summer this is an opportunity to come along, relax into the Sunday morning, take a dip in the beautiful reservoir, then lie back, watch the butterflies and dragonflies do their think, world go by and wait on your sausages being cooked over a wood fire.

🌊 Have you ever wondered what this cold water swimming, wild swimming malarky is all about?

Perhaps you've been following my page for a while.
You've seen the smiles.
The laughter.
The beautiful places we swim.
And maybe, just maybe, you've thought...

"I'd quite like to try that."

If that's you, our Introduction to Cold Water Dipping sessions are the perfect place to start.
No pressure.
No expectations.
No need to be an experienced swimmer.

Just a warm welcome, plenty of guidance, and the chance to discover what cold water dipping is all about in a safe and supportive environment.

Who knows...
You might just find your own place in the water.
