So, as you a lot of may you know, I am going to be be taking over from EJ.

If you haven't been for a few weeks, I genuinely hope you will come back this week. I am also a product of Slimming World's successful plan. From asthma sufferer, to Ultra Marathon runner. This program works, and can transform your life too. I joined Slimming World as a member in 2021, and became a consultant in 2023.

If you want to make a plan to lose weight, feel great then I would love to see you in group at 5.30 on Monday. Let's make 2026 the year. This is time, it is your time!
