🌟 Meet Gurpreet Nijjar – Scheduler at The Beeches Homecare 🌟
We are delighted to introduce Gurpreet Nijjar, our Scheduler here at The Beeches Homecare.
Gurpreet joined our team in May 2026 and plays a key role in ensuring our service runs smoothly and efficiently. She is responsible for coordinating and managing our weekly schedules, carefully matching support workers to client visits while ensuring continuity of care and meeting individual needs.

Working closely with both clients and staff, Gurpreet helps ensure that support visits are delivered reliably and that any changes are communicated promptly. Her organisation, dedication, and attention to detail are invaluable in helping us provide high-quality, person-centred care across our service.

🌟 Meet Stephen Campbell – Deputy Manager at The Beeches Homecare 🌟

Hello everyone,
My name is Stephen Campbell, and I am the Deputy Manager at The Beeches Homecare.
Having worked in the care sector since 2021, following a career in hospitality, I have gained experience across a variety of care settings including domiciliary care, residential care, and nursing homes. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to those who need it most.

One of my proudest achievements has been attaining my SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care. I am passionate about continuous professional development and ensuring that the people we support receive the highest standard of care possible.

As Deputy Manager, I support the day-to-day running of our service, oversee quality assurance, contribute to staff development, and work closely with clients and their families to ensure support packages continue to meet individual needs and goals.

You may occasionally see me accompanying our support staff during visits, carrying out observations, reviews, and quality checks to help maintain the excellent standards we strive for at The Beeches Homecare.
I am always happy to speak with clients, families, and members of the community about our services and how we can help.

This post is supporting 4 regular clients building a professional relationship and giving clients the consistency of a regular caregiver for the clients. This post is in Clarkston.
