I made my magazine debut, had my first family holiday since 2024, launched a series of collaborative events with ROX, started reading again, treated myself to a lot of gorgeous dining experiences, had two training days with the team, went out out with my friend Ruth to let our hair down and dressed up every single day.

THESE ARE MY CONFESSONS🤫

I barely packed makeup for this holiday.
Not because I suddenly became low maintenance… but because I prepped properly beforehand.

The older I get, the more I realise the real luxury isn’t heavy glam.
It’s waking up, putting SPF on, tying your hair up and still feeling good.

These are the 5 treatments I swear by before travelling ✈️☀️

1. babyGLOW by Teoxane at The Secret because when I say I wanna glow; I know it’s only this skin booster than can promise me that.

2. Anti wrinkle treatments not just to prevent ageing and book a one way ticket to the past for my wrinkles but because it stops me sweating and reduces my pores.

3. Medical grade skincare so there’s no need to cover my complexion. I mean it when I say I want glass skin.

4. Korean lash lift, brow lamination and tint for that no makeup makeup look. I swear by this!!!

5. Spray tan because you best believe I sit in the shade with SPF90 on like my career depends on it (it does).

I am beyond thrilled to finally announce what I’ve been working on behind the scenes. This year The Secret is collaborating with some incredible brands to bring you the ultimate in luxury experience. Starting with the first of three series of events with the incredible Harrods beauty.

On the 18th of June, Harrods will be hosting The Secret where I will showcase the newest innovation around treatment stacking and how The Secret is making that happen for you. Harrods will be demonstrating the incredible portfolio of at home devices from their LED light masks (a personal favourite of mine!) to their tightening protocols!

On the the 16th of July, The Secret is hosting Harrods where we’ll be showcasing all our newest devices including Alma Harmony laser, EMFace and microneedling by SkinPen whilst Harrods brings you the latest in over the counter skincare to compliment your treatments!

Last but not least, on Sunday the 6th of September The Secret will be hosting Harrods again sponsored by Shark where we’ll see an exclusive launch of their newest device you can use at home 👀

Spent today in a lab dissecting a cadaver layer by layer and I can’t tell you how valuable it’s been for me as a practitioner.

This is my fifth course in my career and honestly, every time I leave feeling even more confident that I can absolutely take care of my patients in every aspect and they are in completely safe hands.

I never want to be the practitioner who thinks they know it all. I want to stay curious, stay educated and continue refining my craft for the rest of my career.

Because when you understand the face on a deeper level… you treat it differently.

And my patients deserve that level of dedication🤍

I went all the way to the Scottish influencer awards to realise my trophies were at home.

I walked through my front door to my babies who couldn’t care less about categories, judges or titles… just whether mummy was coming home to play.

Top 5 in Scotland for something I’ve built from nothing but vision, consistency and an unwavering belief that investing in yourself isn’t vanity, it’s a form of self love!

No, I didn’t take home THAT trophy.

But I’ve built a life, a business, a community and a version of myself that once felt too big to even dream.

That’s the win.

A huge congratulations to all the finalist, winners and everyone who took part! Thank you so much for having me and especially to my hot date a Momager .
