It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James Patrick Harkins on Wednesday 27th May 2026, at the Marie Curie Hospice, Glasgow. Husband of Christina, Much loved dad to Nicholas, Kevin, Anthony & Liam. Grandfather to Dylan, Katie, Niamh, Erin Rose, Anna, Corey & Patrick. Brother to Anne & Marie He will be greatly missed.

Peacefully on 24th May 2026, Jeanette Brown, aged 85 years, a much loved mum and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Jeanette’s funeral service will take place at Clydebank Crematorium on Monday 8th June 2026 at 2:30pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited, with the family thereafter warmly inviting you to join them at the Abbotsford Hotel, Dumbarton.

Jonathan Harvey Funeral Directors wish to announce the passing of Patricia “Pat” McLean, who sadly passed away on 21st May 2026 at St Margaret’s Hospice. Pat’s service will take place at Clydebank Crematorium on 11th June 2026 at 11:30am. The family have kindly requested no flowers; however, wearing colour is encouraged in celebration of Pat’s life. Alexander Charles McCaffrey, beloved husband, dad, brother, grandad, uncle and brother-in-law, sadly passed away on Wednesday 6th May 2026, aged 68. Born on 27th May 1957, Alexander will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

The funeral service will take place at Bishopbriggs Crematorium, Crosshill Road, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, G64 2PZ, on Wednesday 27th May 2026 at 11:30am. Family flowers only please.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Edith, a much-loved Wife, Mum and Nana, who died suddenly but peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, aged 74, surrounded by her family; she will be deeply missed by all whose hearts and lives she touched and forever remembered through the countless memories shared over the years.

Funeral details are as follows: Wednesday 20th May – Committal at Clydebank Crematorium at 9:30am, followed by a service at St Paul’s Church, Milngavie at 11:00am. Following the service, all family and friends are warmly invited to join for light refreshments to toast to and share memories of our wonderful Ede. Donations, if desired, may be made to the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre.

Anne McDonald Kesson passed peacefully at home on Saturday 2nd May, aged 81; a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and a great friend to all who knew her. Anne’s funeral will take place on Monday 18th May at Maryhill Crematorium at 11:15am. Donations on the day, if desired, may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society Forget‑me‑not Appeal, or via our website in advance.

Margaret Ann Johnston passed peacefully at Boclair Care Home on 28th April, aged 76. Beloved wife of the late David and a loving mother to David, Susan and Andrew, much loved sister to Janet.

Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 13th May at 10:30am at Bishopbriggs Crematorium, thereafter to New Kilpatrick Parish Church for a Service of Thanksgiving at 11:30am. A splash of colour is welcome to be worn. Family flowers only please, with donations on the day, if desired, to Glasgow City Mission and Alzheimer Scotland.

Dougal MacLeod White passed peacefully on Saturday 25th April 2026 at Boclair Care Home. Beloved and loving husband of Morven, much‑loved father of Ketron and Kirsty, cherished Grampa to Chloe, Ethan, Caleb, Callum and Holly, and a dear friend to many who will be greatly missed.
A Service of Thanksgiving will be held on Tuesday 12th May at New Kilpatrick Parish Church, Bearsden, at 2.30 pm. Donations, if wished, may be made on the day to Chest, Heart and Stroke. Family request no black to be worn.
